How to: Export data from a table, query, form, or report into Microsoft Excel.
Solution:
Select the table, query, form, or report to save and open with Microsoft Excel, select 'Office Links' from the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Analyze It With MS Excel' from the submenu.
NOTE: Exporting data to Microsoft Excel preserves most formatting. Tables, queries, forms, and reports are all saved as tables of data (worksheets). If a report has group levels, the group levels will be saved as Microsoft Excel outline levels.
